They came out to handle a backed up shower. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly, and the guys who came out were considerate of my clean floors, prompt, friendly and very competent. Now my shower works perfectly!

Jill and Jared make a great team! Jill came out, assessed our needs for a reverse osmosis system, gave us a fair quote, and set up an installation appointment. Jared showed up on time, professionally installed a K5 High Flow Drinking Water Station, hooked it to our refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker and made sure everything worked properly. Jill returned while Jared was here to make sure I was pleased with everything and to show me how to change the filters. I think Jill and Jared are the "J" in J F Denney, Inc. BTW if you are looking at Rinnai tankless water heaters and want to control and monitor thru an app or upgraded control panel, look elsewhere.

I had a Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed and the experience was excellent. Scheduled to start at 9 AM and recieved a call from their dispatcher at 8:30AM that morning to let us know service techs were on the way. Arrived at 8:55 AM and went right to work. Very conciencious about wearing shoe coverings. The job was scheduled to be completed by 3PM but they were walking out the door at 12:30 PM. All the work appears top notch and the installation is neat and well organized. Lead technician was outstanding taking time to answer questions and show how to adjust water temp. Final price was exactly as quoted and I thought fair for top of the line tankless hot water heater.

The technician arrived promptly. He quickly was able to check everything out and set everything. Was OK it only needed to be restarted? I'd give him an a plus plus plus.

Our hot water tank was leaking. Jared arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced the water heater and we also had a whole house filter installed. He put down a blanket across the carpet so it didn't get dirty. He cleaned up and was very friendly and informative. We will use J F Denney in the future.
