Very helpful in diagnosing water softener issues. Just changed settings on the old one so we'll be able to continue using it - no charge! So we decided to move on the tank-less water heater. Worked with us to choose the right one for our needs, scheduled install quickly and Jared, the service tech did a great job. Jill even stopped by to help and see that everything was OK. Great experience!

Very professional! She on time, polite and quick to get started. She tested our water and showed us ranges of where we were at. She gave us the packages she thought were best for our needs. She walked us through the process from start to finish, noted potential things that may occur. She came to the install, helped the installer and did not leave until I was satisfied. Highly recommend Denay!!!

Jared was our installer and he was Awesome! He was on time, polite and was ready to go the second he stepped out of his vehicle. He was quick to get to work, finished the job in the time he said he would. When finished he went over the unit with me and made sure I understood it. He stayed until the unit completed a full cycle. Very pleased. Highly recommend Jared!

They fixed 3 of 5 things we had requested and then we received a bill for over 330$ for what was 40 min tech call and basic work (cleaning out deposit on faucets, replacing a spring, etc). We were told the parts were expensive. We then got a paid invoice as receipt 10 weeks later with no detail on the parts used or a breakdown of the parts. I should have had our local person comes who is much more detailed and reasonable. The work (most of it) was done, but other options I feel better for your business.
