Jeff is very nice, patient and trustworthy. Our furnace went out on Christmas morning. It was -2° outside and he got to our house in an hour and a half. He had to order a part, but he got it running to tide us over until it came in. My husband and I definitely recommend the A-Team. Especially if something breaks during a holiday!

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night during one of the coldest weeks of the year. The A Team quickly and affordably installed a new unit for the us next day. I had a great experience with A-Team. They came out same day for a quote and scheduled the install shortly after. I had a gas line and I had a cooktop installed and the cutout for the cooktop was too small for our new cooktop. This required them to come back out again to finish the install once the cutout was made larger. They didn’t complain or charge me more. They have reasonable prices too. I would recommend.

After having a pipe burst due to the cold, I called Jeff on Christmas Day after first calling 5 other plumbers. Jeff answered the phone himself and promptly worked us into his schedule. The work was clean and quality. The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. After trying multiple plumbers over the years, I think we have finally found the plumber for the rest of our time in Kansas City!
