Super friendly, professional, and do great work. Had them consult on a minor hvac issue, were impressed, so we got a bid on a much bigger plumbing job to replace our old cast iron and lead plumbing stack. They knocked it out in a day and half, were onsite quickly, and made sure we could shower at the end of the first day!! Since we are mid-renovation, they also made sure we could use our bathroom until we are able to do the finish work. They cleaned up at the end of each day and protected the areas that were not being worked on. Super transparent and made sure we knew what was going while the work was happening. On time, delivered what they said and were just super enjoyable to interact with. Couldn’t think of a quality I’d want in a contractor they didn’t deliver. Will tell anyone that has hvac or plumbing needs about them and will use them in the future.

Steven Hayes did a maintenance performance on my AC. My Goodman AC unit has an unusual door to access my filter. He showed me an easy way to remove the filter plus discovered a part that secures the filter inside the unit was missing which he kindly made for me. I was very pleased with the service

I have used Jeff for maintaining our HVAC system for about 20 years. He is trustworthy, friendly, honest, and helps find a solution that works for both budget and what needs to be fixed or replaced. I don't know his partner as well, but both talked me through the pros and cons of various heating systems to come up with a good value and quality system for what our house needed when we finally replaced ours. Very happy they have started their own business.

We've used A-Team from the start for HVAC maintenance and have known Jeff for some time. Always a great job with the HVAC. We recently needed to have our water heater replaced and A-Team did it for us. The old heater was installed sloppily and the vent wasn't right, stuff was sticking out everywhere, etc. All I can say about the new one is "wow". Great job, nice and neat, fixed the venting so it is proper, corrected some of the lines coming in and out so they are nicely routed. A++++ I never thought I could be so happy about a water heater. Would highly recommend!

We've been using the A-Team for all our HVAC and Plumbing needs for about a year now. Most recently, they've installed a new A/C unit and water heater in our home. Our water heater started leaking the day before we were planning to leave town. We called Jeff and he was able to get us in the same day for a replacement! They arrived, made quick work of the replacement, and had everything back up and running within a few hours. They were very professional, informative, and mindful of our home. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work. We would absolutely recommend them for any work done with a personal touch!

I highly recommend A-Team PHC for any plumbing, heating or cooling needs you might have. My furnace conked out one Dec. night. I saw them recommended on the Next Door app & called A-Team at about 9pm & reached Jeff, one of the go-owners. He offered to come out that night. I opted to wait until morning and the other co-owner, Steven, was on time, courteous, & knowledgeable. He patiently reviewed all my options for repairing or replacing my furnace. I decided to replace the equipment which they were able to do the same day with an American made brand at a reasonable price.
I also needed a dripping shower fixed. Again, I was impressed with the promptness, knowledge, professionalism, tidiness & cost effective solution they provided.
I have been very satisfied with the service from A-Team PHC.

Steve from A-Team was very professional and experienced and was able to get our Air Conditioning back up and running for us the same day. Will be using A-Team again for some additional items in the near future. Will also let our neighbors know about A-Team. I would highly recommend them.

Jeff did a fantastic job for us. He diagnosed a problem with a bad sump pump in our basement and replaced the primary pump. We also had several clogged drains in our house and he took care of all of them for us. We would highly recommend A-Team!
