Mr. Breeze Heating and Cooling

The men that came to check our AC found that the compressor cooling fan was bad and needed replacement. They were personable and friendly. They had to get a new fan which they thought would be ordered and would take a day or two to get back. I received a call from their office the same day before the technicians left my home telling me that the fan had been delivered and we set up a time for them to come back. At their return they installed the new fan and set up my new furnace for the upcoming cooler months. Again, great company.

We experienced the heat of Kansas and our current system couldn't handle it. We had a similar situation last year but instead of trying to fix it we found out through our home warranty that our unit simply wasn't big enough for our house. That's when my husband found Mr. BREEZE! What an incredible experience! Real customer service, no pushy sales rep, just an honest person. We expressed what we wanted and they listened. We got exactly what we needed and it was affordable! The installation took 1 day and here we are sitting cool and comfortable. Thank you Guys, we will totally recommend!

We chose Mr Breeze because they are local. They came out last year to fix the Heating and AC and said we were at end of useful life for this unit. We received recommendations from our neighbors as well. We had the opportunity to schedule the replacement and the team was very thorough and efficient. The owners came out at the beginning of the install and at the end. They are all about establishing a relationship with their clients. The unit is remarkably better than what we had, we are very happy! Thank you!

Team called in advance to give estimated time of arrival and we’re spot on. The two service members were very proficient and courteous and easily fixed the system in less than 20min. My concern with using this company again is the pricing of their parts. They charged me over $180 for a $15-$20 condenser. Even a100% mark up of the part should have only been around $40.

If you use this company I recommend you buy the parts separately. Definitely ask about the price of the part before installation.

Great service. Will use them for future AC issues (but hoping we don’t need them). Called on a Saturday morning at 8:45 and by 9:45 they had responded to my call, arrived to the house, discovered the issue, replaced the part, and verified the unit was working. Undoubtedly the best after hour/weekend service call I’ve ever experienced.

Our AC went down on one of the hottest days, and during a weekend. We were having trouble finding someone available to come and repair it. We called Mr. Breeze and Jake answered the call. He arrived hours ahead of schedule! He expertly diagnosed the issue, and in a short time had the system up and running again! I appreciate your timely and professional service!
