ALTHOUGH THE TECH WAS NOT FAMILIAR WIT OUR SYSTEM, HE QUICKLY FOUND THE MAIN PROBLEM AND GOT THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING. HE ALSO FOUND A MINOR ISSUE AND HAD TO MAKE A RETURN TRIP DUE TO RAIN. FOLLOW UP WAS QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE HE DID RESEARCH. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

Our furnace was not putting out any heat. When Jake turned the system on ,it worked. Checked our furnace and recommended replacing unit. Offered to pay him for the trip, but declined. Very professional.
