I had called my usual company and after being told to wait an hour I never got any more response. So I am grateful that you were out there and could find out why my heater wasn't heating. Cuz it's a very cold night. 21° out. I think you are reasonably priced for an emergency visit. I am also grateful you had the part I needed. And I really loving being warm for the night. As are the cats. Thank you!
Our AC went out. Called and left a message. Very timely response and no nonsense service. The process was easy from selecting a new unit, to paying, to scheduling, and the communication was constant the entire time. Was never tried to be upsold. Was never given a hard time about not using their line of credit. Everyone was nice and informative. I can't recommend them enough. Glad I went with a local company and will call them again if there's ever an issue.
Great service. When my wife showed up at the door with a mask on to let the tech in, he offered to put a mask on too. He was fast but accurate and was very professional. It was nice getting an email with an itemized list of work done.
Called them out for a routine AC maintenance - very good customer service. When our 20 year old system gives up, I’ll be calling them for the replacement
They pulled the filter and didn’t replace it. They also didn’t even tell me that they pulled it out. It has been running without a filter. Now I have to go to Walmart and buy one. You think that would be part of the system summer checkup. It doesn’t seem correct to me I should have been told. Also says they replaced a blower motor in July of 2023. That was not done either. It wrote on the tag downstairs. Stuff not making sense.

Called for help with the humidifier and they were here within an hour. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Answered all of my questions and offered tips to prolong the life of our HVAC system. Highly recommend!
Worked with the owner Brett to update my water heating system. Worked out a deal which turned it cheaper than my devious quote. service was quick. I’m happy with the process. The team was great with explaining things and future operation should I have an issue. Made sure that I should not hesitate to call if I have any questions or concerns. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Lane was very professional and courteous. He checked my new air conditioner unit and took down numbers yesterday. He said he would have his boss look at them and someone would call to let me know if it was running properly. I haven’t heard from anyone and am disappointed. They are usually very good about it. I was concerned it may be short cycling. I have never had any other issues with them.
