Just called and spoke to a lady named Jersey. Excellent customer service. Haven’t had my service done yet but I can already tell that this company is going to be good just by the customer service! I will update this when service is done! Either way Jersey did an excellent job very impressed!

They're on time, they do the job right, the bill fairly, and they show up quick for emergencies. They're willing to sell you new equipment but treat yours like their own, telling you if they think yours still has life in it. If they make mistakes in installation, they come right out and fix them. Been calling them out to check my heating and a/c for years, and they've never let me down. Excellent local business.

Furnace stopped working overnight. Called Prybil in the morning, and they had a tech at the house after lunch. Quick, professional, answered all my many questions and polite (thanks Shane!). We discussed exactly what I'd be billed for, and there were no surprises when the invoice came in the mail. We'll be referring anyone who asks to Prybil.

We would highly recommend Jeff Pribyl to anyone looking for a heating or air conditioner vendor. He readily came to our aid on a January Saturday when we woke up with no heat due to a blown motor on our furnace. He was professional, considerate, and timely. He was the fourth vendor we called to get the help we needed and rather than refer us elsewhere as the others did, he handled our problem and reasonably also.

Out of the numerous places I called, this was the only place in my area that 1) was able to work on an a/c at a mobile home and 2) was able to come the same day. My a/c broke, and it was a 90 degree day. I'm pretty sure everyone was miserable in that house. Prybil was able to come out, assess & fix my a/c in less than an hour. Prices were reasonable as well. I definitely recommend.

While walking home crossing on a walk sign I almost got hit crossing at route 6 and boyrum in iowa city. He did not even slow down. Bad and will never suggest.

Prybil arrives promptly and in both cases they had to visit, they were open to discuss the expense in a friendly manner. They are budget-friendly and very, very kind! I would recommend their services to anyone!

The absolute worst. My landlord uses them otherwise I would not even if it were free. They were five hours late to fix my furnace and never even showed or apologized. Completely rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money, you'd get better service from a homeless man than this company.

Furnace went out right before cold spell 2019. They diagnosed the problem and even got manufacturer to warranty parts that were faulty and wasn't even the brand they sell. Labor was very, very reasonable for the effort they put in.

Prybil installed a hot water heating system that included tying in my hot water, workshop as well as to add in-floor heating. The in-floor heating significantly improved the overall comfort level of the house and also eliminated window drafts. Their work was first-rate!
