Called for scheduling water heater and softener. Stated they would call back but never heard from them. Not mad, just got push notification to review this. I have been working woth many small businesses in the last 6 months because of some real estate transactions...more than half of them never reply or schedule time and never show up. Hose bib replacement. Technician was on time with the right parts. Was able to disconnect the leaking bibs and install new quickly. Our water was only off for 30 minutes to complete the task!
