I called mid-morning to report a problem with my furnace and despite their crazy, it's winter, schedule, a tech was at my door within two hours. He was professional, courteous and friendly. When he was done, he talked to me like I am an intelligent person rather than talking down to me. He explained their annual maintenance plan which would save me money. I have been using Quality Plumbing for over 10 years. I highly recommend them!

Austin was great. He pulled our toilet and explained the possible causes. He advised me to caulk around the bathtub as that can lead to water damage as well.

Joe was on time, early really. He had the expertise to attack my air lock problem with my hot water heating boiler pipes. He got things (the water) moving, and detected the probable reason for the problem. He shared what he was doing and why, which I appreciate. I feel confident his work has fixed the problem.
