Both Bryce and Dave were amazing people and they were so professional and explained to us everything that was wrong with our system. They were so professional with everything they did and helped us get the best option for us. Would recommend them to anyone who would need their services anytime. Then Gage, Adam and kamar were great with the installation of our new ac unit and our new furnace. Everyone that has been too our home have been awesome. Will recommend them to other's for sure!! The workers were on time and kept me informed about what they were going to do and then upon completion I was informed exactly what was done and how to operate the two systems and thermostat. They made sure to let me know if I had any questions or problems to not hesitate to call.

Angie was our technician today and she was very polite and professional. She took the time to explain what she was doing and answered all my questions. She also pointed out a few maintenance related things we can do to ensure our system lasts a long time. She also was personable with both me and my wife when chatting and very nice to my kids and my son especially enjoyed the sticker she gave him!

I am very pleased with the service Blake provided. He was prompt, explained every step of the process, gave me opportunities to ask questions and answered patiently and thoroughly. When completed he gave me payment options. Blake was very personable and competent.

Sam did a great job of explaining everything that he was doing and showed great professionalism throughout the visit. I was very pleased with the work done and will not hesitate to call Schaal again with future repairs.

Ryan was courteous and explained what he was going to do step by step. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely seems to enjoy working in this field. I was so refreshed to meet Ryan and to learn more about what he was doing as he was performing the maintenance. He was excited to show us the system readings and even went above the standard and checked how dirty the ducts were. He wasn’t pushy to set up a duct cleaning just told us our options for cleaning. We ended up booking a clean up for when we can fit it in later this year. I am really impressed with how up front this company is and because I am a member they come out twice a year to provide maintenance on both heating and air for no extra cost. It is refreshing to work with a company that operates proactively to continue to keep your systems running top notch!

Angie was the best, my 9 year old is her biggest fan. The best customer service I have ever received. Overall I would recommend Schaal and especially Angie to anyone. Everything was well explained and transparent.

We are so happy that Schaal Heating and Cooling worked weekends. We called at 8:00am on saturday morning and we had a tech at the house at 7:00 that night. We were so impressed with the thorough and professional nature of the technition Bryce. His methodical analysis of our cooling system and willingness to explain the process to us as it was performed was very reasuring. He was able to identify the issue with our AC unit and get us up and running again. We knew our old AC system would need to be replaced soon. Bryce was able to explain some options and get us scheduled to talk with one of there sales managers this coming week. The best part of the service call was that all of the diagnostic work he performed was free. We only paid for the part he replaced. I will be recommending Schaal to all my friends and family. Thanks for getting us cooled down again Bryce!!!

This is my first time using Schaal Heating and I am so impressed! Angie showed up on time and ready to go! She talked me through everything she was doing and explained what needed to be addressed. She took her time with me, as I had many questions and I valued her feedback. Scheduled appointment for following day and got a call to work us in that afternoon. Our Technician Sam Ziebol was phenomenal. Went over everything thoroughly and gave us multiple options with prices. Did not pressure us into any of them. Was very courteous and personable chatting with us and wonderful when interacting with our young kids who were asking him questions.
