Angie showed up when promised and kept me informed of what she was doing with removal and installation of new water heater. She was professional as well as personable.

Spencer and Hunter did a great job cleaning our vents and sealing them! Went from 469cfm leakage down to only 30.9 CFM leakage! That's a whopping 93% reduction which will in the long run save me a ton of $$$$!

Our hot water heater started leaking recently, so we needed to find someone to fix or replace it. Schaal Heating and Plumbing had hundreds of positive reviews, so we decided to give them a try. Their technician, Josh, came at closing time the following day. He offered to stay and replace the heater that evening, but we opted to have him come back the next day.

Josh is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in every area, providing quality workmanship. We really appreciated Josh's ability to communicate, and his willingness to answer our many questions. It was refreshing to meet someone who enjoys his job and has a good attitude. Josh also made sure to leave the area neat and clean.

We have requested Josh as our preferred technician, and look forward to working with him again. He helped make the whole process go more smoothly.

We had Sam Ziebol come out to look at our heating system. He was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was he on time, he was early! (With notification prior to his arrival as well) He was very clear and knowledgeable about what was going on with our heating system and offered us many options to get our heat going again! Very thankful for him getting to us so quickly right before the freezing temperatures are going to start! (Also want to throw in that he was so kind and playful to my dog and my 3 year old daughter!)

Matthew Newquist was extremely professional and timely with my installation. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was done as well as possible in my small utility room.
