Excellent service! Called on a Saturday and had a tech out in a short amount of time. Fixed the issue quickly. Tech was very knowledgeable. Also no weekend or after hours charge! Just their normal 69.99 rate per hour. Highly recommend! Will use them every time.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Furnace Pro. I called on Saturday morning around 8:30 am - they were booked for the weekend, but said they'd call if they had an opening. Within an hour, someone got back to me and said they could squeeze me in! The technician, Eric, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was (bad flame sensor) and had the parts to fix it in his truck. He had our furnace up and running in less than an hour. The best part was the price - Furnace Pro doesn't charge extra on nights/weekends. They charged me their flat rate of $69.99 an hour + the cost of parts. I will definitely be a repeat customer! My furnace went out on Thursday before Christmas. Furnace pro cleared their schedule for Friday and got it installed. Then my water heater screwed up on Saturday, and Eric came that night to get it going. Furnace pro rocks. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices

Even on a Sunday you took the time to do a full install ac and furnace and provided me with better than one could hope for honest, professional and knowledgable service. The complete customer service package. You provided options and backed all the choices with brochures for me to make make an informed choice. I see it as, I'm not only buying a major necessary component, I am investing in a relationship of who I can depend on in case I need help when life scorches your day and the ac gives way or a blizzard blazes and your furnace education has went to hell and your frigid trying to find a guy to bring the comfort back home. I'd put my money on the furnace pros. Your old fashioned quality service and thorough underderstanding of how to balance the quality of air and efficiency of equipment is something to be proud to provide.

This company is amazing! I was in a pickle with needing to get my AC repaired in a very short time period. They adjusted their schedule in order to help me out. Eric was there in less than an hour and got the problem fixed. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend ans use Furnance Pro in the future! A++
