They managed to fit me in even though they were booked. They were kind, punctual, knowledgeable, fast, and very well priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called at about 1030 on a Saturday for a condenser fan fault and they were able to come out at about 1300 the same day. Eric (the owner) and Chuck (technician) arrived and found the problem after a short inspection. After quickly correcting the issue, they both did another walk-thru to ensure that the fix stuck. They made sure I was getting cool air and was satisfied with the results before leaving. They wasted no time and were prepared in case the problem was bigger than it appeared AND both men were pleasant to speak with. To be frank, I was surprised at the level of service I recieved, especially on a weekend. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone at this rate.

I live out of town - it was -20 below and I called everybody - nobody works on mobile homes - So They say? I called Furnace Pro and set an appt at 1 - Eric was here at 1 fixed my furnace and he was out by 2 and then jumped started my car! I haven't even talked about what it cost me-don't need to-really great experience-I won't hesitate to call them again! By the way - I would have paid double with anyone else for what he charged me - I guarantee it! Keep up the good work guys!
