Furnace Pro Heating and Cooling

My landlord has a contract through this company and if something goes wrong, he tells me to call them. This is the second residence they have serviced for us. The owners are so caring and they treat you like family. They are friendly and on time. You can tell they acually care about you and your family staying warm. Last year and the year before they actually brought us space heaters to stay warm because they coudlnt get us on the scedule until after the new year. They are so awesome and I would leave 10 stars if I could.

Have been going to them for years. Routine service, had a new AC installed, and got our furnace going the couple times it’s quit/needed parts. Always on time and good pricing. Highly recommend!

They were excellent, they found a way to fit me into their packed schedule on a busy Saturday. Eric the service guy was excellent and got my furnace back up and running in no time. Definitely recommend these guys.

Just had a new a/c installed today and am more then pleased in all aspects. Bonus points, I was a property inspector for many years and got quotes and bids from many companies in which I have inspected and know do quality work. I put them all to the test. I already knew what size unit I needed but allowed the companies to make their recommendations to me and furnace pro was the only one who did not try and upsell me on a 2 ton unit when I knew all I needed was a 1.5 ton unit and eric seemed more honest and knowledgeable then all the other techs that came out combined. I highly recommend furnace pro for any of your HVAC needs. Eric also found a bad capacitor on my furnace blower motor and fixed it in about a minute. Couldn't of had a better experience. Thanks

Excellent service. We needed a new furnace in the middle of winter. Other companies told us there were no furnaces available. They were able to find one and install it right away. Excellent communication! We were so pleased.

The repair person came right on time. He explained everything that he did and made it very clear how to take care of changing my filters. He did everything quickly and efficiently.

Eric was able to identify the problem and fix our furnace within an hour. He is knowledgeable, honest and very polite in responding to my questions. He went above and beyond explaining how to perform yearly maintenance. they are reasonably priced as well. Thanks again Eric! I truly recommend their service.

Our furnace went out at night I left a message expecting to not hear anything until the morning. They called me back within 30 min and were able to come out a couple hours after. He fixed the furnace quick and informed us on ways to maintain it. Very friendly people and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone.

Eric was thorough and communicated everything. He and Melinda clearly prioritize customer service more than most. I will definitely look to them for any future heat/AC needs.
