This probably the most honest and reliable company out there. I’ve used them for several years after getting screwed over by a bigger company. Eric who is also the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Had them come out and service my furnace and fix my gas fireplace fro a decent price. Would recommend them to everyone!
My heat went out prior to 3 a.m. in this bitter cold. I called Furnace Pro and Melinda called me back. They squeezed me in to fix my furnace even though they were booked for the day. Eric showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also fixed it quickly and was on his way. GREAT service, friendly, professional.....what else could you ask for?
Found Furnace Pro luckily. I had called a different company the day before, who said that somebody would be out to my house later that night. No show. I called Furnace Pro Saturday morning around 9:45. Eric was out to my place in 30 minutes. Fixed the furnace. I would use the company again, and I highly recommend them.
Our AC went out mid July. Everyone I called for a bid was backlogged more than a week (2 weeks in some cases). Called Furnace Pro, and they were out a few days later for the bid. COVID pandemic had parts delayed, but both Eric and Melinda made it a priority to get out as soon as they received the parts from the factory. Melinda was always available and helpful over the phone, and Eric spent 14 hours installing the new AC unit (not a conventional install because of where we live). Even after the exhausting day of install, Eric took time afterwards to explain care and maintenance of the new unit. Highly recommend!

Called Monday morning and they were able to send Eric out the same day. Eric was great and quickly diagnosed the issue, went to get the part needed (circut board) and made the repair. All of this without upselling anything or recommending any further work. We will look to Furnace Pro for all future HVAC needs.
My heater stopped working for the 2nd time this winter and after a bad experience with the first company I used WAY over charging for a part, I decided to use a different company this time. Furnace Pro answered the phone right away and were easy to schedule with. They did not overcharge for their service fee to come out and the part was within reasonable price from what I could find on the internet. My furnace was fixed in less than an hour and he cleaned out other parts of it for preventative maintenance while he was here. Seems like an honest company.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Eric, and Melinda. We had a blower motor go out on our furnace which was causing issues with the A/C. Eric fixed that, but we realized then that our A/C wasn't cooling properly. With temps into the 90's this made being the house nearly unbearable. I called and Melinda sent Eric out right away the next day to see what the issue was. Not only that, but also he was more than happy to speak with my home warranty adjuster so we could recoup some of the costs. He was professional, and courteous, and when it was all done apologized to me for inconveniences. We know our system is on it's last leg, and we also know that when we replace it we won't trust anyone else but Eric to come take care of it. Thanks Furnace Pro!!
Melinda provides the best customer service on the phone. All companies need to take note! Eric was very thorough in his explanations and really made sure I understood everything. He was booked solid but made a point to answer any and all questions I had without rushing. I definitely recommend this company if you want quality service and professionalism.
