Brian did an great job cleaning ducts in our two-story home. He wore a mask the whole time, and I greatly appreciate that as well. I highly recommend Brian and Americlean.

I had Americlean of Iowa City do a service call to one of our customers (we sell furniture) after we tracked some mud on the rug. Customer was not there and they charged us a minimum service fee of 75$ (understandable). What is not understandable is the fact that they left the bill for the customer after I told them to bill our business repeatedly. Imagine being a customer, at first elated that a company would clean your carpets for you, but then being left with a bill with a still dirty rug. Unprofessional. Our business and affiliates will make every effort to not work with this organization in the future.

I highly recommend that you DONT use this company. i scheduled a clean and when they arrived contractors weren't done so THEY suggested i wait to have clean done later. Then they showed up unannounced last week and charged me $105 for NOTHING. I was sick when they came, i didn't have a appointment as my construction was still in progress. Thieves!! Scam beyond belief. I offered to pay for their gas the first time and reschedule when my job was done but they insisted i pay the $105 charge for fuel??? REALLY???? Don't use these people!!!

I had an awful experience dealing with this company. We were given a quote on how much it would take to get our house cleaned and when the cleaner, Mike, came to the house the first comment he made was, “Wow this place is like a prison cell, it wont take me long at all.” Then went on to tell us that we had to pay an extra 60 dollars more because he considered our living room to be a living room and dining room just because we had a small table in the corner. He went on to say, “I can take cash or check, but cash would be better so we can just keep it under the table.” I was outraged by that comment. I knew he was just trying to rip me off. He refused to start any work until I gave him the money so I wrote a check out to him and spend the next hour on the phone getting bounced from person to person trying to handle this problem. I finally got the person who was in charge of the Iowa City area and she basically told me I lied as well that I must have told their representatives incorrect information. She then went on to contradict what her cleaner said and told me, “We go by the size of the rooms, not based on what you have in them.” So at that point I told her what the cleaner said and she continued to defend him. I was fed up trying to deal with her, she was acting like a child so I just threatened to call the better business bureau to see what they thought of this information and she finally caved and said, “Well I guess I am just going to need to be out those 60 dollars then.” After she agreed not to charge us the extra money, the cleaner went on to tell us that we did not tell them that we had carpeted steps (which we did forget to tell them that) and I said I would be willing to pay extra to get those taken care of since I did not specify that we had them. He refused and said he didn’t have to do anything that wasn’t on the work order.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were nothing but a headache and acted like children. This took place during weekend move out in Iowa City so they knew we had to get our carpets cleaned since it was a rental and that our hands were bound. They will give you a price then try to rip you off at the door since they know it would be hell to find another place to clean it that same weekend.

Rick and Brian did an awesome job cleaning the vents in our older 2 story home!! They did a great job, and wore masks. Highly recommended!

I had them come out today to clean all of my ducts and vents! They were right on time, very polite and professional! I would highly recommend if you need their services!!!!!

Brian was on time to clean our ducts and vents. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He made sure to asked if I had any questions.

We moved into an older home and had Americlean come in to clean the ducts. The tech, Brian, was courteous and explained the process. He even arrived early.

Thank you, Mitchell. Some nasty pet stains -- all gone! Service is great. We found Americlean when needing a dryer vent cleaning, and switched carpet cleaning to them as well.
