Mitch from Americlean of Cedar Rapids did a great job on cleaning the air ducts in our rental home! He offered friendly and professional service and he was on time! They also offer a $30 incentive right now to celebrate their 30 years spent serving customers in the area! Great service, great price! We've had problems with our dryer lately, not completing a full dry after a cycle. Since we're in a condo, it's really hard for us to get to the outside dryer duct, so we called Americlean to help. My interactions with Casey by phone and email were prompt and friendly. Our technician, Andy, arrived with a smile (behind a mask -- thank you for masking!) and was prompt, efficient, and professional with the work. We're so relieved we called Americlean to help us out -- always turn to the pros!

We had or furnace and ducts cleaned out today by Andy. He was GREAT! He was scheduled at 8 and knocked on the door about 7:55! In working with other contractors/business noone is ever on time so I really appreciated his promptness. Andy came in and explained the process and walked through the house with us. He was very careful with the hoses and cleaned up after his job. Andy was so personable and felt like a friend we invited into our home. In the past we have other people come do work in our home and they do their jobs but don't chat and I always find that so ackward and uncomfortable. I have already given Americlean/Andy as a recommendation to our neighbors, my mom and my aunt!

I wish I did this sooner! Colton was awesome! He was very thorough, careful, respectful, and did an awesome job. I am so impressed and love knowing the vent and system is so clean. Great company to work with. My wife and I had them clean our air ducts and they were fantastic. They also helped clean up and restore our business after a very large water main break. They were absolutely fantastic to work with for both jobs one very large job and one small job. This is the place to go to! They are great! Keefer is great to work with as is everyone else there.

Hands down the best most reliable service out there. I originally contacted Service Master when our store had a water main that broke, after waiting for over an hour for them to come down and evaluate the damage no one showed up. I asked a fellow business owner who to use and they recommended Americlean to me. I called them up and they had someone down here with in twenty minutes. The technicians were amazing, communicating with us what needed to be done and were more then thorough in their work. I will never call another company again, since this I have used them on multiple other properties we own and each time they went above and beyond my expectations. They assigned Keefer to our account and he was nothing short of amazing, he not only did the work with his team but he also followed up with us a month after the work to see how we were doing. BEST COMPANY OUT THERE HANDS DOWN! Thank you Americlean!!!!!!

UPDATE: *the next day the manager called me to fix the mistake made in scheduling and not having proper equipment. Was able to get me scheduled a day later during after hours and gave a discounted price. Im glad they made it right, because I have used them multiple times in the past for vents and carpet cleaning and had no issues and great service.. *
Made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning 3.5 weeks out due to they only schedule this service from 3:30-4:00 and I work until 3:30. When I made the appointment I asked them to make q note it is a 3rd floor condo and the vent is not accessible from the ground and that they had cleaned the vent a few years prior so it should be on file. The tech showed up, came upstairs and took one look at my dryer and said the office would have to call me and reschedule my appointment because the vacuum hose he brought wasn't long enough and hadn't brought a portable vacuum. I called the office and asked how this happened when I reiterated to the employee that made the appointment the condos location and it not being accessible from the ground. They responded accidents happen and said there next availability was in a week and half. I decided to go with another company that had better reviews and charged less.

Brian cleaned all our vents, dryer vent and bathroom exhaust fans. He was for efficient, communicated well, super polite and did one heck of a job cleaning up messes and cleaning our vents. We could not be more happy with Brian and our service and have already recommended others to Americlean of Iowa.

Have used their services for duct cleaning three times over past couple years, and they did a fantastic and thorough job each time. Customer service/scheduling was easy to deal with too.
