If I could rate this company 10 stars I would!! I would HIGHLY recommend Americlean for residential carpet cleaning and other services. They are by far the best at what they do within the Cedar Rapids area!

They just finished a spot cleaning for muddy dog tracks and treated the carpet with stain protection. They did an Awesome job and Mitchell was very polite, professional and pleasant to speak with.

Was very disappointed with the cleaning. We went to review it and saw was still stained and dirty. Looked like technician just pulled dirt around room. Was putting house up for sale. Very upset. Called asked to talk to manager person who answered phone said she could take my complaint. I told her not acceptible wanted them to go back still looked dirty and stained. She said they would not go back. Technician coved his crappy work by putting on receipt could not get all dirt and stains out. Which I never signed. Would not give any discount We had to call Stanley Cleaners who came over for another $200 and cleaned and neuterized and said they would have been embarrassed to leave the carpet the way Americlean did ! No pride in work and definitely did not back up their work. Looked great when 2nd cleaner left. ! Had to pay twice !! Should only have called Stanley Cleaners 1st never call Americlean. Would not even back up their company or quality of work. Only the techniction !

Great service and affordable too! We had our ducts cleaned after moving into a new home. Andy was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
