DeWayne installed a 93% efficient furnace and a/c 3 years ago and his concern about the installations is what got him the business. He takes care of all his work as if he were working for his mother.

One year ago they charged me $850 for a diagnosis and to install a $50 gas valve I found at Grainger online that takes 20 minutes To install ,And their excuse/explanation for the charge was it's a Flat rate everybody does it we need to cover the cost of business / My Father had a Hvac company and Never took advantage of the town after I confronted them on social media they refunded the money minus the service call/diagnosis and I put my own gas valve on that's the facts I WONDER HOW ETHICAL OR MORAL THIS WAY TO CHARGE IS ? WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER/COMMUNITY YOU LIVE IN . I WILL ALWAYS CHECK AND REFUSE ANY COMPANY WHO TRIES TO QUOTE FLAT RATE UNETHICAL !I wonder how these guys sleep at night knowing they're breaking their customers/family's/old people/ bank account and year budget and you know it's how we all do it now HOW AWFUL SHAME ON THEM 😡

Dan and Jeremiah replaced our furnace and water heater today. They were very quick, clean and professional, we recommend them!
