I called complaining of a broken air conditioner at 5:30pm, He walked me through the likely problems on the phone, having gone through all of those before 7:00 the repairman was at my house and the air conditioner was cranking cold air by 7:15 He was very polite and professional.

We woke up to a very cold house. Brent came to the house quickly and had us up and running in no time!
