Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling

My furnace went out on a Friday night, they came out to give me a bid on Monday and replaced both units on Tuesday. The owner gave me the bid and was here to do the installation. I appreciate the owner doing the installation as he has a lot of experience and will be the one I call if something goes wrong. They only took 6 hours to do both installations - it was quick, clean, easy and well done. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience from Brent - owner of Precision Comfort Heating-Cooling. He worked on my furnace recently ended up having to come back to make sure it was working to his satisfaction, and only charged me for one trip charge. He was very professional, timely (came out within 3 hours same day) and charges were very reasonable. Highly recommended! ! !

Update: original review was 6-7 months ago for our furnace issue. We started having weird issues with our AC this summer and I obviously called them again. I was given some great (and very cheap/free) tips for maintaining our unit. Same friendly, timely, affordable and helpful service as before!! He’s upfront about what it will cost you and very clear about your options. Seriously I will call precision every single time I have an HVAC issue.

Beyond professional service. Brett arrived a few minutes before I was expecting him. Very nice and easy to talk to. Made you feel at ease. He showed me how to handle certain issues on my own which would save me money in the future. I cannot thank him and Precision Heating enough for the fantastic service. I will FOR SURE tell all my friends and family to contact them with any furnace or air conditioning needs.

Our AC went out late and I was able to get in touch with him in the evening to schedule an appointment first thing the next day. Gave me a short window unlike most places so I didn’t have to wait all day. Even gave me a quote that night because he assumed what it would be after I explained what was happening. He showed up at the beginning of the time he gave me and had it fixed within minutes. It was exactly what he thought and the price was exactly what he told me. Was very professional and easy to work with.

Bret is very knowledgeable, knows his way around heating and air conditioning systems. He fixed a problem another H/C company could not fix, I won't make that mistake again. The best in Des Moines!

I’ve found the best heating and cooling company and I’m so happy about it! It’s so hard to pick and know who to trust but I’m glad to know I will never have to make another decision for this! Brent came to fix my furnace because our heat kept clicking off and it is cold and I’m trying to keep and elderly person warm here. He came within the hour and was hospitable to us and our animals! I bought this house 10 months ago and although I didn’t say I don’t know anything about all this he walked me through and educated me on what he was doing and also a little about what I have and what’s good or not good for the house. Cleared up several questions I might not have remembered asking had he not sparked that conversation educating me. Thank you Brent and I’m never calling another company ever! You have my highest recommendation!

I’m not sure how this business works they could be fantastic I have zero clue, but whoever drives a van with license HWS 416 you should NEVER EVER drive a company van EVER again. I watched you almost hit 4 different cars in a matter of ten seconds bobbing and weaving through lanes. Extremely unprofessional. Hopefully I’m not the only one who complains of this individual…

This company is top notch and the owner is great! They were able to get us in with same-day service, extremely trustworthy and just an overall great guy. A small business that treats customers with old-school customer service! Highly recommend.
