Hot water heater went out on Saturday. They were here first thing Monday morning. Had a new installed. Done and gone by 11:00. No better company in the area for heat, cooling, plumbing needs! Great company!

One of the best HVAC companies I have used. They have a great service agreement program and excellent staff. They are a step above other big name HVAC companies as they are honest on solving problems instead of trying to sell you their products. They also have better pricing than their competitors and I believe it is better to support local businesses.

Good price for new furnace and a/c installation. The installers were professional and good natured people. Kirby also repaired a substantial hard-to-reach pre-existing leak in the ducting under the house free of charge.

The estimates were certainly not given at the same time. I was given a single estimate 4/8/21 to repair coil, priced ~1000. Then on 6/17 I was sent a separate estimate for ~5000. These were given to me and not the previous home owners. When I shared the 4/8/21 estimate with the prior home owners, they reduced the asking price for the house. Our air conditioning stopped working while we were on vacation. Robert came out over the holiday weekend and did a quick fix to get us through until we could get a new unit. Bonus: it is SUPER easy to finance a new unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Today Robert cleaned the electronic air filter. This service is completed four times annually - at the time of air conditioner check, furnace check, and between checks. This company is very professional, trustworthy, and dependable. They installed the equipment when my condo was built in 2004. I recommend them to everyone.

Robert explained things in a way that I could understand what was needed. They were able to come a few days earlier than originally scheduled. Installed a new AC unit outside and inside. The installers were efficient and thorough. Took a little under 5 hours. Cleaned up and stayed around to make sure all was working.
