I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the customer service representative in the office to the technicians, they are all so kind and willing to help. I’ve had Larry out to my house a couple times in the past 6 months for problems with our furnace. After attempting a couple affordable solutions, this time we knew we would need a major repair. I called Kirby at 3:30pm and they had someone to my home by 4:00pm. Larry was quick and professional and even though it was a major repair it was again affordable. I will never call anyone else.

A great big shoutout to Kirby Heating and Air Conditioning. Even though it’s a holiday, my dad, Jim Zollner, needed his system serviced today. Robert Kirby, the big man himself and the owner, made the trip up Zionsville to service his furnace and air conditioner. It was reasonable and he found out the thermostat was putting out bad info. He replaced it with one my dad can read easily and set with ease to control. Daddy was VERY please with the work and the final bill, even if he had to pay a fee for weekend or holiday work. He told me to tell Kirby they have a lifelong customer. GREAT JOB KIRBY!

We needed both a new furnace and new a/c, and Kirby Heating and Air quickly provided detailed quotes for a couple of different options. They were responsive in answering all of my questions, and once the install was scheduled, their crew arrived on time and completed everything in a timely manner. They also cleaned up everything before they left. In fact, the only evidence of them being there was the now near-silent system. I ended up choosing the option recommended by them, and I've been very happy with it!

I had an amazing experience with Kirby! They answered my calls promptly during a heat wave, service was friendly, and timely! It is a family owned business, but the small nature makes service exceptional and high quality. Our blower motor went out and many of my friends and coworkers said that you could buy the part particularly cheap and most service providers jack the rates up for labor. Another company quoted us $739 plus a $80 service fee! Kirby did all the work plus found that the part was under warranty for a total of $200!! The other company didn't even check for warranty coverage!. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

They were timely, professional and friendly. They hauled away the old system and left nothing behind for her to do. Their pricing is affordable and their service is top notch. They have done work for her in the past and the quality is always impeccable. She highly recommends Kirby to anyone needing HVAC work.
