My son called and had water on the floor. I called Kirby and they came out to assess and found that the water heater had a leak. It was over 8 years old. They put a new one in the next day. Excellent service and communication! Thank you very much!

Call me a customer for life! I was having problems with my gas furnace. Had a different company service it and tell me it couldn't be fixed and then tried to sell me a new furnace.

So glad I called Kirby instead. They inspected my furnace and told me it could be fixed, and was under warranty. They fixed it very quickly. The team was so helpful and professional, and they saved my family big time. It's so nice to have quality professionals you can trust to help you in a time of need! I will use Kirby for anything with my furnace and air condititioner from now on!

These guys are great. I was having issues with our heat pump system and was getting nowhere through my home warranty supplier was sending out. I finally gave up and called Kirby. They sent folks out to determine what was actually wrong, walked me through the entire system to explain why I was having the issues I was, and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I had to do some back and forth with the warranty company and Kirby's front office folks were just super to work with during that time. The technicians were great and did very clean work. Excellent service, can't recommend them enough!

Not a lot of companies out there today that deliver the level of service Kirby has from the minute I called about my heat pump being frozen to today’s installation.

Also, Eileen in the office was great to work with. Very responsiveness and quick turn around on quotes and questions.

And my house is warm again. YAY!!!

Ps...add the whole house humidifier. Very reasonably priced and worth it.

I had a homeowner we were working on a basement remodel contact Kirby directly to install heat and air conditioning runs in the basement as well as install the duct work for a bath fan. They were timely on coming out and giving a quote as well as scheduling the install. The work was neat and installed in a very professional manner.

Kirby installed a new air conditioner and furnace for us and did an outstanding job. The were here on the date and the time promised, Worked hard all day and cleaned everything up when finished.
They made great recommendations, the price was great and the quality of the units is fantastic. Wonderful family and a great group of hard working people. You can't go wrong.

Excellent customer service. Lloyd did not attempt to upsell me in anyway. The installation crew arrived on time as promised. They worked diligently all day long. They cleaned up when the job was done. Everything works fantastic. I am particularly pleased with the Honeywell programmable Wi-Fi thermostat they installed. I’ve used Kirby for at least the last 15 years and have never been disappointed with their quality of service. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and associates and will continue to do so! Used Kirby to estimate repair for A/C unit while negotiating purchase of our house. After closing and moving, scheduled repair to be completed and they said repair would cost $4000 more than their initial estimate. Went from fixing a coil to advising that we completely replace unit. That would have been helpful before closing on the house...
