Collier's Comfort

Colliers is top notch! They are knowledgeable, professional and fair. We received excellent customer service and they went above and beyond what was expected- which is alot to say these days! I would recommend Colliers to anyone looking to service or replace their geo thermal.

Collier's installed our closed-loop geothermal system (Water Furnace) in 2007, including water heater interconnect. It was a big investment that has continued to pay off. We have had some intermittent problems but everything has been addressed. Their advice has been proven to be correct several times. We are on the annual maintenance program, it helps that the company is familiar with us, our home and our system. When we needed a replacement air filter following dusty remodeling (Healthy Climate replaced annually), they were out quickly and it was covered my the annual maintenance agreement. This is a good company.

Awesome customer service done by people you can tell genuinely care. I had a self inflicted issue and they still cared about my problem. Eager to work for me and are doing everything possible to expedite my special circumstance. I have used them in the past and will continue to as well. Friendly people and staff which is becoming a rarity these days. Nice job Scott, Renee, Kelsey, and others for an all hands on deck effort for my one one in a million problem. Thank you so much.

They were out that day to check why our furnace wasn’t working. Diagnosed and ordered parts. Dropped off space heaters that were amazing (kept our house very warm) and had us fixed within a couple days. Very fast fix when they had the part in hand (took a business day to order). We were first on the list to get the heat up and running after they got the part.

Our geothermal stopped working. After an initial assessment by my electrician relative, I called Collier’s and they sent a technician promptly. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

No air, called Collers they came out the next day and found a defective thermostat. They had a replacement on the truck and in 1/2 an hour it was running. Good friendly service.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Collier’s. They have installed, and serviced, my HVAC equipment for over 30 years and I have never considered calling anyone else. They are professional, courteous, prompt and fair.
They are all very pleasant to work with and I strongly recommend their services.

Jodi, serviceman was very polite, should me the difference between my filter on the furnace that was being replaced to a new one. Tuned furnace and checked out the air conditioner. Very welcome visit.

The technicians sent to maintain our heating/cooling system have been very well trained. They have answered many questions on many items to do with the system. We are comfortable having them work on our system.

We've been using Collier's for over 10 years, find they are very trustworthy and have no reason to change companies. Paul has always been informative and does quality work. This time we had Andrew, and he was so nice too...finished the job with care. Both employees also take the time to answer any questions...summer of 2022.

Met Nate for the first time this week, January of 2023. He too was efficient and friendly...completed the maintenance and answered any question I had. Will continue to use Collier's again this year for heating and AC.
