Legacy Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had new furnace and AC unit installed a year ago. Then today I had a yearly service done. I have always received excellent service, and professional care. I have used legacy for over a decade, and Legacy has always been like part of the family. Thanks again for another great service today😊❤

My furnace stopped working during a cold snap. Legacy sent Dom over within 1.5 hours of calling. He had the furnace fixed up quick! Prices were very fair. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

While their installation went well, their customer service is awful. Almost 1 year later, I get a bill for a service charge even though their tech said it will be waive by buying the central air conditioner. I had to call 2 separate times arguing with them to get it corrected. The VP Steve was not as helpful as you think he would be. I would not recommend to anyone.

Had an employee named John Latimer help me find a part i needed for my furnace ASAP before a blizzard comes into town. Was the first person in all of Fort Wayne to help me find this part and found the only one left in town. Good people and friendly service!!!

We have been Legacy customers for many years for our residential home and commercially at the company I worked for. We always received quality, prompt service at a fair price. You can tell from their many reviews that others have shared our same experience. That being said, nobody has a perfect record and things can and do go wrong. It is how a company handles difficult situations that really matters in my opinion. So when we had concerns about the service we received we were so impressed by how receptive the staff was to us and how quickly they responded and resolved our issue. So often when there is a service failure, you might get an apology and the standard we will look into it. Steve and his staff really did look into it and went out of their way to make it right. They have definitely secured our future business. When they say they guarantee satisfaction, they really mean it.

I had my AC serviced all good with that. They also do plumbing work so they sent James out because I had a leaking tub faucet. He worked for a while on it and decided he needed to order a part so he would have to come back. He also ran into a bad shut off valve and had to fix that. I know he was probably frustrated with it but he didn't show it. When he came back it still took some work to get it fixed but he got it done. I appreciate the work that he did and the pricing was reasonable for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them!!! Thanks James & Legacy.
