They do an amazing job for me and the staff is always polite and helpful.

We have always been treated fairly and my heating and air conditioning have run flawlessly. Previous companies I have had in my home were shyster’s! Companies well known in Fort Wayne! One tech kept telling me that the parts we’re wearing out and I’d better replace them. Every time they came to service my system it cost me a boatload of money. The next company I had in I caught the tech breaking a part and saying it needed replacing! Then I turned to Collier’s. Honest, hard working, professionals. We have been a customer for years now. They have earned my loyalty!

Very professional, prompt service with well qualified technician. Ryan was very cordial, prompt, thorough, and professional. He went out of his way to give me a tutorial on geothermal system operation and maintenance. I found the service exceptional and the quality of personnel exemplary.

0 out of ten I had them come service my furnace. Just moved in my new house! Serviced it working great 7 days later furnace stopped working paid for there yearly service so they would fix it right away paid 278 upfront look at furnace and AC. 7 days later furnace stopped working called them well it's a after hours fee between 7 and 5 went I week without a furnace just electric heaters they gave me that cost alot.....they fixed said furnace but I wanted humidifier fixed to this day 8 moths later not fixed as I was harnessed to pay them with my furnace not fixed.....summer comes they are supposed to look at my AC unit that is leaning bad and the furnace guy said needs leveled out bad.....inbtween soo I wanted filter for humidifier never came that called meay 25th to look at ac be there June 21 summer has hit by then told the.office twice I'm still waiting for humidifier and my AC... twice they confirmed coming twice I said I need my filter and AC needs leveled....they showed up today did neither and noted it in bill....everyone they brought out could.not fix my problems when I told there office any times......they are a joke!!! Call a real pro!!!

Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. They explain what is wrong and what needs to happen in detail.
Lead times to complete repairs can be long.

Collier's does a great job of maintaining our geothermal heating and cooling system. Fair prices and great service!
