I was searching for a company to inspect a geothermal system in a house we've put an offer on to buy. After many calls ending in companies saying they weren't able to work on geothermal units or companies saying they could work on them but didn't sound too confident in their answer, I then called Collier's.
When I called Collier's the confidence that rang out in the tone of the lady I spoke to assuring me they work with geothermal units on a regular basis made me comfortable enough to schedule an inspection. Remembering the distance I'd have to drive for the appointment, Jade called me ahead of time to let me know their technician is still on the previous job. However, they quickly called back to let me know they had another technician that had finished early and the time still worked.
Once I met the technician, Trent, I knew right away he wasn't the stereotypical heating and cooling technician that I've dealt with using other heating and cooling companies in my past. His knowledge and professionalism is what I was hoping for. Not only to do a proper inspection but to answer the many questions I had about a system I knew little about.
It's VERY reassuring to know that my future investment will be placed in the hands of a very capable, TRUSTWORTHY company.

Very knowledgeable and great service.

I have used this company for approximately 8 years now and 4 homes later with one complete installation from start to finish with new ac/furnace unit upon adding new duct work. This company has friendly, courteous employees and outstanding professional service department. You can ease your mind in knowing that they will do an excellent job in a timely manner.

I'm not really sure how to rate this company. While I have been happy with the service staff, the install team and salesman were not too helpful. I quickly found that the original A/C unit was oversized, so after a few weeks they had to replace that. Now that I have been running the furnace, I believe it too was oversized and is now short cycling (heat runs for about 4-5 mins, shuts off, comes back on in about 10), causing wear and tear on the equipment and cold-spots throughout the house (our 23 yr old, builder grade furnace didn't have these issues). We have also had condensation and drain line issues, requiring the addition of a dehumidifier to the utility room (something that was never an issue in the past). I don't feel like they put enough effort into determining specifications needed for the equipment.

We use Colliers for our spring and fall tuneup. Tanner always does a good job and is very good at explaining things in layman’s terms. I highly recommend Tanner and Colliers for your heating and air needs!

Excellent service!!! Very professional and polite. Heat went out on a Sunday called Monday had new furnace installed Wednesday morning. They even offered to bring in space heaters for us to use.

Great people to work with and technicians are very knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly and communicate very well with appointments etc

I had an issue with my furnace and had Collier's come out for service. The technician spent about an hour looking at the furnace and he didn't find the root cause of the problem. Then the technician tried to sell me a $1,000 part that was working just fine. I called another company and the issue was resolved for about $250. Collier's also installed a water heater that had a bunch of problems and it still doesn't work properly. I do not recommend Collier's.

We have used Colliers for many years now both at our lake home and in Fort Wayne and couldn't ask for better service or results! Very friendly and knowledgeable techs every time!
