I have needed HCI twice now and was extremely satisfied both times. Buddy has such a positive helpful energy and is genuinely happy to take care of his customers. When I called after the long holiday weekend- I fully expected to be told weeks before they could come out to look at my ac problem. He came out as quickly as possible- fixed it on the spot and was done in less than an hour. You are much appreciated and it’s a huge peace of mind knowing I have a go to person whom I can trust when needed. Thank you again!

To be based out of Mooresville and traveling all over Indianapolis Areas East and West the word "impressed" is an understatement. I believe it's a Father-Son Business ... My parents live way up in Cicero, as does my sister. They have been nothing short of remarkable in kindness to them. (my parents are elderly) They are quick to respond , on time when they call to confirm arrival, the heat has boiled in July and I am sure they've stayed busy, good for them, i hope they triple in size due to their professionalism.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, fast response, great work and friendly team. 5 stars in all categories. work is pristine! Thank you Buddy!

I woke up on my birthday and there was no heat… I walk downstairs to look at the furnace, I take a picture of the sticker on the unit and crawl back under the covers and call another company. I inform them I’m scheduled to go out of the country the following day so I really need heat! They state that my blower motor is dirty and locked up. They state they can’t replace the blower motor (they called 3 places to find a replacement part- lie!) and I need to replace the entire unit and they would be happy to send someone out to give me an estimate. Having woken up a more I wondered why I didn’t call HCI this morning and then reached out to them. Within a couple hours, they were at my house, confirmed the blower motor was locked up and they had one on the truck! They replaced it and then I had heat and could leave the country the next day without stress! I am so appreciative of honest people who don’t try to take advantage of a stressful situation.

HCI to the Rescue. Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. They responded when my contract tech refused. Outstanding fast efficient professional work. They have an uncommon sense of customer care in a humanitarian sense that's sadly lacking today.
Background: We got hit by the perfect storm: very cold weather sets in, evening, weekend. And now let's add I'm home convalescing from Covid all of a sudden, my heat pump decides to die. No problem I call my 24/7 contract tech AIRTRON. They tell me since there's a Covid case in my home they will not respond, PERIOD! I have to wait a minimum of 10 days. I sadly start pleading, saying I've been a loyal monthly paying sap for over 2 years, that I promise to remain indoors, that the heat pump is outside, that since it's iced it's an outside problem, that I will do everything by phone. That if the problem is inside then I understand, but if it's outside please come and inspect. Nope! They've hired the perfect quasi sociopathic phone operator. She says, "No,..." sending chills down my spine, and most professionally distant and void of any human emotion, "Ok, call us back in 10 days, I'm only following direction from my manager BYE! Click!"
I then call my neighbor who grew up here and knows everyone, he says, oh no problem call Buddy Hart and his son Schuyler at HCI HEATING AND COOLING. They're local folks. They'll take care of you and are human beings. They are the best. I call Buddy at HCI. I tell my problem. I tell him I had family member test positive for COVID, was fully vaccinated, feeling okay, just headache. But will stay locked indoors. Please come and help. Buddy doesn't hesitate and says, " No problem be right there don't worry. We'll get you up and running again." Schuyler Hart from HCI comes right away, diagnoses problem and has us back up in operation. Thank You HCI for going way above the call of duty. God bless you all.

I completely understand and appreciate AIRTRON for looking out for their employees during this pandemic. However, we drew the line this past weekend when I needed a tech asap. AIRTRON, you have to learn how to apply common sense in the light of humanitarian issues because service in cold or hot weather can be a life saving measure. Consider this: You must balance your success in truly caring for both the customer and your employees. Balance and COMMON SENSE are essential. Your management needs to seriously evaluate. I am canceling my service contract effective today.
