I called at 3:00AM. and left my name and number. They returned my called at 8:15AM and were at my home around 12:30PM. Eric was the technician and found the trouble right away. He fixed it right away and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I will call them again if I have any heating or AC trouble. Great job done at a great price.

Came out the same day I called and fixed my air with minimal charge. The technician, Mark, also helped me think of inexpensive solutions I may be able to implement to keep my problem from reoccurring since I have an unconventional set up with my HVAC unit. I can't say enough about the professional, friendly and knowledgeable service the Turk company provides. I will recommend Turk Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs service.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this company. I have a baby with special needs and one being respiratory difficulties. My ac went out late at night and I called and left a voicemail approximately 7 am. I had a returned call 15 minutes later, and Eric was at my door by 8 am (mind you they had a full schedule that day AND doesn’t open until 9 am). Not only did Eric fix my issue, but he showed concern about how my baby was doing. That’s a personal touch that made my heart happy. I was fully expecting to pay thousands but after a little over $100 and a thorough explanation over my issue, and what to expect in the future, he was on his way for their busy day. I highly recommend them. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. THANK YOU

Called on Saturday afternoon when our air conditioning quit in steamy-hot temps. Was offered choice of having them make a weekend service call at a higher price or waiting 'til Monday morning -- I decided we could live with it til Monday. Service guy was here in early a.m., diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor), replaced the part, and left our A/C again running well! Recomnended!

These guys are the best in the business. They will tell you exactly what you need to hear. The biggest plus is they will give you spare AC units to keep your house cold. No other business will do this. They will hook you up right. Trust me, they are the best.

Scheduled routine maintenance with Turk in April. They came out and serviced the AC unit in a very timely manner. There maintenance package was very cost effective and includes both heating and cooling. So they will be back at the house in the fall to check the heating unit prior to winter. Great maintenance product offered. Chad was great.
AC unit went out last evening, called Turk first thing in the morning and they sent Chad out within 2 hrs. It was great to have the same tech come to my house. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me along with cost involved and fixed it within an hour. Got everything back up and running. Again the cost for the repair was very fair. Highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling.

I won't go anywhere else for HVAC work in Indy. Did a great job on my new mini-split.

Our service technician Chad came arrived on time and was very professional without being rude or stuffy. He did a very thorough clean and tune on our furnace quickly and efficiently. We are first time customers and, based on Chad's work and the reasonable prices, believe we may have found our long term heating & cooling company.

Whenever we see a Turk vehicle pull into our drive, we know we are dealing with an honest company with a quality reputation for service and repairs. For a number of years, we have had an annual service agreement with Turk. They have always been honest and up front with us! That is always important, but even more so for we seniors. Many are 'on the take' and will try to sell you something you don't need! Not Turk! You can trust them to do their best, and always know you will treated fairly. Furnace went out during a cold front. They came out early in the morning and were friendly and courteous. Techs communicated with on their status. They resolved the issue abd would highly recommend.
