These guys were AWESOME! Made time for us even amidst the Polar Vortex. They ran new wiring for a new smart thermostat, installed a control on our humidifier, and set us up with new filters. Great value, professional staff — would recommend to anyone! Tim sealed the deal for us. (Our systems were put in by Godby when our house was built, but they were going to charge almost $1000 for what Bone Dry did for $250. Grateful we found them on Thumbtack!)

The team of Mike, Jerry, Josh and Jordan is just stellar. They demonstrated great active listening skills and designed and executed the perfect HVAC system for me.

The team at Bone Dry Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in their efforts to fix my broken unit. They expertly diagnosed the issue, contacted the manufacturer to get the warranty on the broken part honored, and had us up and running as soon as was possible. They also provided us with two single room air conditioner units to use while we waited for the part to come in. This made the wait more bearable! I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Ben and Josh from Bone Dry Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them! I’ve had major temperature issues in the 2 rooms above a crawl space - they’re hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. At least 3 other HVAC companies have tried to figure the issue out with no success. When Bone Dry came to the house, they immediately had 3-4 suggestions and were willing to tackle almost all of them right away. They found large duct holes/leaks that no one else took the time to discover, got into my attic and completely restored some larger ducts in the basement leading to the crawl space.

They also installed a new ecobee digital thermostat! It looks super sharp and I’m able to access it easily via my phone, iPad or smart watch. It has the option to add small smart sensors around my house if I’d like to temp control certain rooms, which is nice for a nursery or living space. It’s been perfect for our needs!

Once again they have come to my rescue when my water heater broke. I use them for my HVAC maintenance as well. Jerry and his team are amazing. I’m so happy I found them and will be a customer forever!! Thank you guys for everything!

I had an issue with my Furnace and Tim & Mike from Bone Dry Heating & Cooling came out the same day when I called. They had my furnace up and running within an hour. The cost for service was less than expected. I sent them to my mothers house and she was very pleased with the service she got.

Mike is absolutely phenomenal! He has come out a couple different times to fix both my AC unit and Furnace. He is prompt, and diagnoses the problem quickly and provides a cost effective solution. The pricing is very fair, 10/10!

Had a problem with our furnace and called later on a Friday and they came out the that night. Jerry was a pro, diagnosed the problem, was great with our kids and let them look inside of his truck. Fair pricing, and I’ll be using them going forward. Another great Bone Dry experience!

First, let me start off by saying that you never know how much you appreciate the soothing sound of your running furnace until it stops working in subzero weather when you're home with your three kids! These guys got here SO fast, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They were able to order the part and have it INSTALLED in less than 24hrs!! They were kind, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure that my family was comfortable... and the best part?? We didn't have to sell our firstborn child to cover the expenses. If you are shopping around for people who aren't looking to make a quick buck, but who actually want to fix your system properly for a reasonable price... give them a call!
