The employee arrived much earlier than I had expected, which I was happy about since I didn’t have to wait all day for service but still made sure to call me ahead of time. He was quick at identifying the problem and fixing it successfully. Very informative as well & gave tips for how to keep my AC and heating systems running longer and work more efficiently. I am happily satisfied with the service!

I have used Bolls for years for both my old boiler system heating and my AC. The front staff are friendly, it is easy to get an appointment, and the technicians are timely and call when they are on the way. I think their prices are reasonable and they have always been able to address any problem that I have had in my older home.

I have been a regular customer of Bolls Heating & Cooling for several years. They have provided me with excellent service each time. Twice a year, an experienced and knowledgeable technician checks my air conditioner and furnace. If there's a problem in between visits, someone arrives promptly. Customer service is excellent!

Bolls technicians installed a ductless mini-split HVAC system in the lowest level of our home, which is open on one side, and underground on three.) The area was too cool in winter. This unobtrusive system will both heat and cool each room individually (with remote controls) and more economically than our whole house HVAC system. Technicians were friendly, on time, careful and thorough. Sergei Traycoff, an owner, was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Bolls!

I was notified the day before my service and also the day of service when the technician would be on his way. Bryan was very professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. He was wearing a mask when I answered the door which I appreciated. I have used this company for 30 years and have always had excellent service.

Less than 1 hour after calling them, they had a man on-site and had diagnosed the Air conditioner. 20 minutes later, he had my Capacitor replaced and air conditioner working. Excellent service, extremely professional, and very fast.

Woke up at 3 am to 80 degree house in August. Called 3 other companies along with Bolls and there customer service rep was the only one who said they would get me someone first thing.

They were here right at 8am, fixed the AC in 10 minutes, and now my house is cooling down again.

Really good stuff and delivered on their expectations.

Bolls has taken care of my heating and cooling systems for many years. They have always been reliable and knowledgeable, and have consistently solved any problem. Contact is with a real person and they make scheduling easy. Technicians are personable and take time to explain things well. I highly recommend Bolls!

Serviceman was nice and prompt. They charged a $51/15min fee on top of the $95 diagnostic fee. Just an FYI. The serviceman laid out all the options and told me that it would probably benefit to change out the AC system. That made sense and sounded fair to me. Overall, a pretty standard company with a bit lacking on the transparency side for billing and diagnostics. Edit- the owner personally came and gave me some quotes and refunded the extra $51 that was not disclosed during the call. He's a great guy. Make sure you know what you're getting into during a service call setup and double-check with the receptionist.

I called in the evening and a technician was out first thing the next morning. They arrived on time and were quick to diagnose the problem with my furnace and able to get the part and fix the issue quickly. The technician was professional and friendly. I am very pleased with the quality of service and would recommend them to others.
