I used this company in the past on two occasions. On the last visit, they overcharged and would not change the amount. The office staff were unsure about the charging policy. Kirk the manager would not refund $99 of a bill of $412. I would not use this company again..

Bolls installed a new HVAC system in my home last week. I initially met with Nick, who gave me a quote on the system replacement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a clear and concise quote. There were no hidden fees nor an overload of information on what unit/features to choose. He also timely responded to all of my email correspondences. Rick and Sam installed my new unit and I was very pleased with the work performed. They were friendly, completed the install in less than a full work day and left zero mess. Much appreciated. Each time I called the office the staff was friendly and helpful. All appointment times were adhered to as scheduled. Bolls also offers reasonable pricing. I highly recommend their services.

Ben was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time Bolls came for maintenance - I called them because they installed the system with the previous owner. They told me upfront what would happen as well as the typical cost. Overall an efficient and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!
