We have been with Bolls for over 20 years. Their maintenance plan is excellent. More importantly, their service and technicians are the best in the business. They are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. They treat the customer with respect and appreciation, and want to do the best job possible. Our guy today has been to our home at least 8 or 10 times, and he is always tremendous. Very dedicated. Great young man. I cannot see us ever changing from Bolls.

After getting 6 quotes for a mini split unit installed in my garage Bolls gave a competitive quote. The sales person Nick who came out to give the quote was very attentive to detail and asked a lot of important questions. The installers were equally fantastic and even came out a few days before my installation to look over the job to ensure when they came back they had everything they needed. The day of the install they were on time, again attention to detail on the inside and exterior of my home was much appreciated. Even though Bolls wasn’t the cheapest I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, I would use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. I was very impressed.

I chose to go with Bolls based on their previous ratings and they didn't disappoint. Professional and knowledgeable sales team that isn't pushy on getting the price tag up. They were able to lay out all the options so you can make a good decision considering your own needs. My HVAC install was flawless with a clean finish. The gents that came out were true craftsmen.

AC went out and called a bunch of places. They were the only one to offer an appointment the next day. Most places said a week or more. Called me up and said they could see me same day because their technician was ahead of schedule. Fixed the AC in no time. Completely professional and efficient.

Have nothing but praise for the entire Bolles team. Professional, seasoned and conscientious tradesmen. Had entire hoax system installed and it was less money, more quality and superb service. They gave us portable air while we waited for scheduled appt.
Arrived in time and finished within a couple hours. Would absolutely recommend!

Our boiler pump started leaking water. Bolls had someone out that day to diagnose. New pump was recommended and installed on time and at a great price! We had the same Tech through the entire process, and he was very professional. Communication was top notch.

Bolls installed a ductless mini split unit to help cool the upstairs of my house... Although I have central A/C, the upstairs was always uncomfortable on warm/hot days. Received several quotes to have a Mitsubishi unit installed and Bolls had the best pricing... Plus I was happy to support a local small business. Sales staff and installation crew were polite, knowledgeable & wore masks (without asking them to) and footies to ensure dust/dirt was not being tracked into house. Team offered substantial warranty on the unit and both interior/exterior installation looks great. Very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Bolls to anyone needing A/C services.

The technicians was professional, polite and went above and beyond their duties. I appreciated them wearing masks as they entered into my home and put down paper on floor and steps and they went in and out of my house. Bolls had never disappointed us in our years of experience with them. Thank you from the call from the office this morning, polite and professional to the guys installing our water heater. Responsive. Professional. Afforable pricing. The problem is always fixed the first time I call. Technicians always have parts available to fix the issue right then and there. I have used them a couple of times now and I am always pleased with their service. They are my go to company for our family's HVAC needs.
