Rob showed up right on time. He did a great job of deep cleaning my AC unit. Was very knowledgable and I could tell he had a lot of experience. He just did a great job.

From the first call to request help, the service repairman was polite and very helpful. He assured me he would be here today, called ahead to inform me of the time, and arrived as he said. He quickly repaired my furnace and answered all of my questions!!

I purchased a REME/Halo central air purification system for my existing split HVAC system. I also switched out two Nest thermostats for Ecobee thermostats (they integrate better with my smart home). This is the 7th or 8th time I’ve worked with Baptist (two different homes in Herron Morton/downtown Indianapolis), installing furnaces, AC condensers, upgrading duct work, etc. Obviously I keep using them. Why? Because they do great work (I’ve previously reviewed the on the BBB site), and for larger projects have talked me out of more expensive options and into less expensive options that met my needs. I recently sold one of the homes and the new owners actually commented to me how great the AC is - three story with renovated “attic” that was proving difficult to heat and cool relative to the rest of the house. I highly recommend them as responsive, trustworthy, and professional.

I’ve been using them since 2013 for all maintenance and repairs. Great service and prices. We moved out of state and they were able to ship me the parts I needed. Great company, and would highly recommend!

We just had our Warranty company call a Heating & Air company. They sent us Baptist Heating & Air. We were so please we the work the professional tech that was just here. Not only did he repair the needed work, but explained all prior to the work. Very neat and will be someone we will call from now on.

Sorry for the late review...BHA was sent out last December/January after my heat pump was icing over terribly. A man came out and wrote up the work order and sent it through the Home Warranty. A few days later the company came out on time and did the repairs...The original person who did their assessment might have missed something as the unit worked better however it still had problems defrosting. The owner of the company, who was really awesome, came to my house in the middle of a cold A** Saturday night and looked at the unit himself when i told him the issues. He checked it over told me his thoughts and again within a few days the company was back out making repairs...since i didn't contact my home warranty company first i thought for sure i was going to get stuck with a big repair bill. BHA said they would take care of the HW and I never received a bill and the unit works just fine.....I would definitely use them again.
