24-7 Plumbing did a wonderful job! They came to my house in the middle of the night to fix my sump pump. The plumber was also very professional. I would highly recommend this company!

After searching for a plumber in my Westfield area, 24-7 plumbing were the only ones willing to come out at10:30 at night and rooter out my main drain. The "late night" plumbing call is never a welcoming experience but after being reassured over the phone Aubrey came by "made it to my home within 45 minutes" my drain was cleaned and the cost was lower than quoted!!!!! OMG! will definitely keep 24-7 Plumbing in my saved contacts!

24/7 plumbing gas great service. Wes was my plumber and he was very professional and efficient at fixing my shower faucet and replacing the handle. I would highly recommend Wes as your plumber. I will use this company again!

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Wes was fantastic. I called with non emergency at 7pm Thursday and it was fixed by 9:30am Friday (next day). They charged significantly less than I expected to pay. The cost was less than the supplies would have cost me if I attempted to fix myself. These are my guys from now on!

Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

I had no water. I called 24-7 plumbing. Ken Hodgin took my phone call & was at my house within an hour. He found that my well pressure switch was bad. He was kind, curtious, & very knowledgeable. Had it replaced within a half hour. I will definitely use 24-7 plumbing in the future.

They were extremely timely in helping me with the issue I was having. I received a call 30-45 minutes before when the service techs were en-route, which I appreciated. Employees are knowledgeable and the price is fair for the service. Definitely recommend giving 24/7 a call. Great company!
