We have used Bill's Heating twice now - once for furnace repair and just recently for AC repair work. We were very pleased with their response time and their friendly, professional work. The technician, Derek, was efficient, personable and able to diagnose the issue quickly. In both instances, he had the necessary repair parts stocked in his vehicle which made for short work. He also took the time to confirm that other parts of the system were functioning properly. Overall, we were quite satisfied with Bill's service and approach, and plan to use them again.
