I’ve used Bills several times, both for projects and for emergency services. Every time they are very professional, on time, reasonably priced, and all of their team have great personalities. From the person answering the phone to the person doing the work all of them carry a great deal of pride and professionalism. I highly highly recommend this team for any plumbing, or HVAC work!!

Had a leak in our bathroom that would not stop leaking after turning the main water line off. Called the 24 hour phone number (after business hours) and they got someone out here in 30 minutes (11pm). Fixed it in Bout 15-20 minutes. It would’ve been running throughout the night if we hadn’t gotten someone here. Beyond thankful for Bill’s and their staff. People are always first class and willing to help. This is our 4th time having business with them and we will always call them when we have trouble with the house. Thank you all!

The two service technicians did an awesome job of replacing the outside water faucet and running a new pipe line for it. They were on time for the scheduled appointment. They were clean and neat. They also cleaned up any parts that were removed from the old faucet. Will definitely use the service again.

Our service repairman did an amazing job, he actually fixed something that has been driving us crazy for years and we are so thankful that that blower motor is no longer rattling loudly anymore. I would highly recommend Bills for servicing your cooling needs! I will apologize now for not getting the correct spelling of our wonderful service repairman Sidtar??? His initials looks to be IS or LS on the receipt. He let us know what he was doing every step of the way!!!!!

Many thanks to Kyle, the furnace technician, at Bill’s. We called Bill’s, for a second opinion after using a heating business we have used for years. We were told that we needed either a new furnace or at the least, a $600 part from our long time service company. After waiting a month for the part, we got a call from our original heating company and they said the part was no longer available. The gentleman then went on to tell us that we should be fine and if we ran into any problems with our furnace that’s when we could get an aftermarket part. We went from either needing a new furnace or a $600 part to not needing that part after all. That’s when we called Bill’s. It turns out we don’t have a small oil leak. We also don’t need a new part. Our furnace is fine and we only had to pay for the service call. We will absolutely not use anyone else other than Bill’s from now on for plumbing or heating. I see our original heating and plumbing company in their trucks all over town. It’s unfortunate that a business we originally trusted could be so sketchy.

They were able to fit us in when they had a cancellation today, so it was great to get the work done sooner. Plus the work was all done quickly, and they answered our questions afterward and showed us what they replaced. So happy!
