well they managed to get my ac opperating properly there trip fee was a little high condidering i had work done 1 hour cost me 410 dollars and 70 cents the work was good though .Just wish they couldve waved the trip fee since i spent like 210 in 410 a. and an hours labor

Jeremy was very nice & accommodated me when I had to leave & he moved his truck out of the way so I could get it.

Chance was great to work with and I never felt pressured into anything. We were able to extend the life of our older unit with them and once it was time for the replacement. the total installation only took a few hours. Can't wait for them to.replace our air conditioner this summer

I had Bill's Heating install a mini split system for heating and cooling my garage, which also serves as my workshop. I needed dehumidification out there to keep my tools from rusting during the humid summer months. The installation was done very professionally and the company was very responsive when I had a question about the operation of the unit after the installation was complete. Highly recommend!!

My furnace quit Christmas eve. I spent 3 hours calling places that listed 24/7 service, one of which has 20 some vans and was told they might be able to come next Tuesday! I finally called Bill's on Christmas morning and was told they would be there right away. I was also told the charges would start the minute the tech left the driveway. So I am thinking this is going to be a hefty bill, as they are in no hurry. He was finished in record time and it was actually affordable. I won't waste my time again to call anyone else.

They came out to fix my well pump, ended up leaving without it working but they told me what the problem was to fix it. If they knew what the problem was, why couldn't they just fix it, or at least go get the tools to fix it. My uncle and I had to fix it ourselves later on that day. Bills Heating still sent me a bill, even tho they did not fix the problem. Would not recommend.

We have used this company multiple times on our home and every single time they always do such a good job. They are very responsive, timely and respectful of time and property. Highly recommend them!
