Bill's Heating Inc

Been using Bill's for 37 years since house was built. Still have same furnace and a/c units. Have them serviced every year. Service techs are always friendly and professional. We will probably look into replacing units soon because of their age. Definitely will use Bill's. Highly recommend.

We had our A/C unit serviced. The repairman was here on time, serviced, cleared our unit as well as giving us advice on how to make our unit run efficiently. His knowledge was much appreciated. Christian was very helpful, prompt and took care of our issue very quickly. He tested our line two times to double check that it was properly open. He gave good guidance of how to keep our drain clear in future. Glad to be able to wash dishes again. Who says that? Even so, I'm glad.

Tracey the dispatcher was on point with communication so I knew exactly when the technician was going to be out and didn’t have to miss work. Kyle the technician who came out was AMAZING! He explained everything that was happening in terms I could understand. He was very personable and yet professional. He got my AC back up and running in no time at all. I will definitely be using them again for all my HVAC/AC needs!

I had my air conditioner stop working and I called it in and within an hour Kyle from Bill’s was out and got me going. Awesome service!! And Kyle is really good, polite, and knowledgeable.

We were fit into the schedule the very next day

The technician was friendly, down to earth and very knowledgable. He explained every step of the process in detail as he worked. He also had us up and running with new parts installed & refrigerant recharged in less than 2 hours. This included a good cleaning of the unit and coils.

Service was excellent. Called in the morning and they sent someone out that afternoon and got everything fixed up quick and for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Technician Derek was fantastic. He replaced the motor in my outdoor AC unit and went above and beyond to remove the original fan blades to avoid needing to order a new one, meaning my repair was completed same day. The competitor said it couldn't be removed. Also, Bill's came in at half the cost quoted by the other guys. Thank you Derek and Bill's!

Called on Monday and Bill's was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. When service was scheduled they advised what the process would be and provided information on the costs for their services up front.

The technician arrived on time providing prompt service and explained exactly what services were performed.
