Korte Does It All, Inc.

My sump pump went out on a Thursday morning. James M. was at my house Friday morning. (Non-emergently scheduled around my availability.) He was thorough when presenting me with options and upgrades, but not pushy. Friendly and personable,.... and was kind to my curious dog!!! The completed project is high-quality. He was finished in a flash and left the area clean. I spent more than I had anticipated, but you get what you pay for. I'm pleased to know it is a good job done right.

Korte has done several things for me over the years and I have been satisfied with their work. I recently had my HVAC replaced by them and was less than satisfied. They installed a two stage furnace and AC, but didn't wire my Nest thermostat for two stage. They instead left the staging decision up to the furnace CPU. My disappointment is that they didn't even ask me how I wanted it. Staging decisions should be made by the thermostat since the thermostat knows what the temperature of the house is. The furnace CPU just uses timers. I had Korte come back out to wire the staging to the thermostat and they didn't set the dip switch for the furnace staging and didn't remove the jumper for AC staging. So on the third visit out they got it right. So, my trust in the business is tarnished. If I wasn't smart enough to be able to check these things myself I would have been screwed. How many customers got screwed on their two stage install? Again, they didn't ask me!

You may be wondering why I didn't catch these things while they were here. I was out of town both times on business. On their third visit, I made sure I was at the house.

Called rolff Griffin and got kinda jerked around cause I'm a renter. Still I was paying. Called korte on a Friday @ 1:30 they were there by 4 and done by 5:30. 3 plumbers came and fixed everything for a reasonable price. Can't recommend enough

Korte was very timely in fitting us in the same day I called about a plumbing clog. Neal was extremely helpful, communicated everything going on and to do, did the work efficiently and successfully. He is a super service professional and I appreciate him and Korte for our Thursday plumbing solution.

We love Korte! Have never had a bad experience and can always count on friendly, professional, pet tolerating technicians! We had Jon W. by to service our furnace today...he also did our AC in the summer. Always very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Korte!!!

Today I had to use Korte for a commercial plumbing issue. Neal Knous our service technician fixed our issue and made sure we were 100% happy before he left. Neal was friendly and completed the work to our satisfaction. I would recommend them in the future.

Neal did a FANTASTIC job. He was quick and efficient with taking care of the clog in our kitchen sink. He listened to me, and took time to explain not only to me what was going on but also my husband over the phone while was at work. Would highly recommend this company, and if we have plumbing issues again we will be asking for Neal to take care of the issues!

Ryan always does a Great Job servicing my Home Generator. He takes the necessary time to explain the condition of my asset , as well as to explain the work he is performing. His recommendations are timely, and he is a trusted and extremely highly valued resource of Korte.

Have had Korte work on several electrical projects lately (new breaker box and an hot tub wiring installation) and I could not be happier with their professionalism in quoting the job, scheduling the work, and then showing up on time and getting it done. David has done the work both times and is great!

Had a new Carrier A/C unit installed. Greg B., Eric K., and Jason all did a good job, were professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. They cleaned everything up and took it away and left me with a very clean installation. Jerry Y. was also very professional and well informed when he came to quote my new unit.
