We had an a Sunday emergency sewage situation. When another company's 24/7 service said they could be here Monday we called Korte (we now know who we should have called first). Tom L. called within minutes to give us an approximate arrival time. He then called again to let us know he was on the way and would be arriving within 15 minutes. Upon arrival Tom quickly diagnosed the problem and within minutes had the drain running great. Tom then took the time to show us the camera view of the sewer line and where the problem was occurring. He provided us with excellent advice regarding future service/maintenance steps. Rather than simply finishing the job and rushing off, Tom took extra minutes to check our floor drain for issues and install an expansion plug where needed. Tom shared information about the Peace of Mind Agreement and how it could have saved us money today but not in a high pressure manner--simply accurate and informative.
Hopefully we never need another emergency sewer call (and really, wouldn't any sewer backup be an emergency?) we will be calling Korte and hopefully Tom is on duty. We have some plumbing upgrades planned in the next weeks, we will be calling Korte and requesting Tom for our technician.
The Customer Service Rep who answered the Sunday call and Tom combined to create a 5 Star experience with Korte.

We love our generator and have done for years. Great service from Ryan M today making sure everything is just fine again this year 2020. We also had couple service guys check, clean, repair and assure our air conditioner will continue. Mom and I thank Korte for the peace of mind. Not only is everything working well but with the cleaning, inspections and maintenance has peace of mind for fire etc. Thank You the Lazenby's

The service tech Mike B was very professional and personable. He let us know up front how much everything would cost and did a great job. He was even very considerate of our cats and made sure none of them were around when opening and closing doors.

You never *want* to have to call on Korte a second time, but we were glad we did. Neal was again wonderful to work with, explained everything along the way, and gave us good advice on a few things to do moving forward. Todd was efficient and also did a great job explaining all our options for an electrical project. Never felt pressured to go with the most expensive options and never doubted that both Neal and Todd had our best interests in mind. No reason to call anybody but Korte!

Nick W. Just wrapped up the annual maintenance for our furnace. He did a great job, was punctual, professional and to the point. Korte should be proud to have Nick represent their business. In addition, the young lady working the office (Billie) was very pleasant to talk to while setting up and confirming our appointment..😊

We had our furnace die in the middle of a very cold week. We called Korte and they immediately sent Brandon to help us out. After many hours of doing what he could, he explained that we needed a new furnace, which we were expecting as the furnace was very old. Brandon was very through in his explanation of the problems and was extremely courteous and helpful. within an hour Korte sent Jerry Yoder, our sales rep to discuss a new furnace. He showed us several options, explain the benefits of each one. Once chosen, he got this book for the very next day. Korte brought us heaters to use because of the extreme cold, an extra nice thing we didn't expect. Greg B and Nolan came first thing the next morning and got right to work. With expertise they explained everything they were doing and then when the work was completed, explained how we were to use the thermostat. All personal we encountered right down to the dispatch caller were top notch... friendly, helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good about Korte as a company and about the exceptional staff they have working for them.

Once again Korte saves us. Been without AC for 3 days. Finally broke down on memorial day and called for the emergency service call. Jeff called to say that he would be out at some point but had quite a few calls. At 9pm he finally was able to show up. He was quick to diagnose, and was able to explain our options. Unfortunately, to totally solve the issue will take a new system but Jeff was honest and said that he could recharge the system but it would be a patch to give us time to not have to make a large investment decision on the spot. Do yourself a favor and become a PMI member. It will pay for itself. Jeff thanks for awesome service and also Thank You for your military service. Korte has been amazing since we first called them 4 years ago. Never a doubt when you call Korte that you will get Superior service.

Ryan M was a fantastic service tech on our home generator's first-time maintenance visit. He was prompt, professional, cordial and a pleasure to converse with. After servicing the unit, he gave an excellent review (with photos) of the minor issues. Look forward to his visit next year.

The AC to my house went out. I gave a call to Korte. When I called they did not give me a time window for the Service Technician but did say they would call 20-30 minutes before coming. Korte also assured they would be out today so, I was happy to wait for the phone call. I thought I would be waiting all day but, I only had to wait an hour or so. David was respectful and efficient. He had the AC up and running in no time. I was happy with the service.
