Plumbing can be a stressful issue! Especially dealing with a water leak. Carlos from Korte did a great job with our repair. He was also very helpful explaining things to us. He came into our home in a very professional manner. I will no doubt use Korte for future plumbing repairs. Thank you!

Called on Saturday after hours. Had no hot water was told would be emergency charge but if I could wait till Monday they could come out. Called Monday was told that the number I called was answering service they used and they could schedule me for Thursday. Told him I was told they be there Monday if I waited till Monday. Was told the answering service did not have there schedule. Note they installed hot water heater this is so poor and ridiculous. Told him I would call someone else. Called Rolf came out that day assured me they would and did was able to repair in couple minutes and charge me nothing. And hot water heater had korte tag on it. Needless to say who has my business from here on.

Our water heater died and Korte was able to get a technician out that day and replace it within 3 hours. We cannot say enough good things about the company and our technical, Carlos. he was professional, quick, friendly, and did an excellent job. We've used Korte for our furnace and AC as well and always a good experience. Thank you for a quick response and resolution.

Korte party day. Ryan did a great job maintaining our generator. Rudy diagnosed our faulty breakers and fixed them. Jeff checked out our air conditioning system for preventative maintenance. Jason flushed out the water heaters. Korte team was quite impressive. They communicated and problem solved issues. Questions were welcomed and answered. They were accountable and courteous. Thanks for a great job.

The last service that Korte completed for us was a new furnace and air conditioning system. They were on time and completed the installation in one day. Good quality installation and and the new systems works flawlessly. Good company to work with. After 65+ years in the maintenance field it was/is my observation/opinion that Korte should take the health and safety of their employees seriously by providing them with safety equipment and training in their use.

Carlos Young was our service tech on two different occasions. The first time we met, he helped us work through our toilet replacement. The second time he came, he repaired our kitchen faucet. In both cases, Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, cheery, helpful and patient. He diagnosed the issues accurately, discussed repair options and cost options with us clearly and succinctly, and did excellent work. Carlos is a delight to work with, and we are most satisfied. Korte Does It All has been our go-to service provider for more than 30 years, and with service techs like Carlos, they will continue to get our first calls for plumbing and electrical work, and high marks for their service. Greg and Caleb did a great job installing our new furnace. They were on time and communicated well. They were very professional and courteous. All the challenges of the installation were handled with thoughtfulness and efficiency. They made sure all our questions were answered before they left the job site. I would recommend them and Korte without reservation.

Noah and Logan were super efficient, professional and kind. They worked diligently and even swept the garage upon completion of installation. Most excellent!

Today I had a ceiling fan installed by Korte. The fan looks beautiful and runs great. The service tech (Rudy J) did an amazing job. He took the time to show me how the controls and remote on the fan work. He also discussed other electrical issues with me. He was professional and very helpful. When he left he even brought up my trash cans - which was just amazing. This was probably the best customer service I have ever received. He was a remarkable electrician and provided excellent advice and service for my installation.

Korte came out so quick to give me a new water heater when my old one CAUGHT FIRE!! They were so nice and even shared their cookie cottage cookies with me! Wonderful guys.
