Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling

We had a bit of a glitch with our recent install. Brian pulled the entire unit and installed a new one at his expense. Who does that these days?
Update: The aluminum evaporator coil on my Trane system failed after only 3 years. Trane supplied the coil but still cost me $955 in labor and related expenses.

We called several different local HVAC Companies for quotes to install new central air, furnace, and humidifier to replace our outdated units. Right away we knew that we would use Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling for a couple of reasons. Of course the price was a major factor in our decision, but also the friendliness, knowledge, and explanation of our options in terms that we could understand. Also, they did not try to sell us something we did not need, and recommended the best options for the square footage of our home.
The office staff is extremely kind and helpful when you call with questions. I'm a woman, and was having trouble explaining what I was trying to say... but the lady who answered phone was courteous and supportive. She was able to decipher what I was attempting to explain in a professional and gentle manner.
The crew of two that removed our old units and installed all the new were polite, very knowledgeable in their craft, patient enough to answer any questions or resolve any concerns, efficient, easy to get along with, and hard working.
Did I mention our brand new Air Conditioner is WAY more efficient and cools our home like magic? We are in love with it! We are also very eager to see how great our new furnace works in the colder months, and can't wait to see the difference the Aprilaire Humidifier makes!
Prior to this, we had another company that we generally used for our HVAC issues, but now we will without a doubt use Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling for ALL of our future needs. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!
