Great service and responsive to our leaking water heater. Was able to replace the water heater the same day. Even though not all the parts were available for the venting of the heater, they came once the part was delivered. I like their good communication via messaging, email and phone calls.

I and my neighbors have used Church Plumbing & Heating for years and are totally loyal to this business because they deliver exactly as promised, efficiently and professionally, and at affordable prices. Recently, we had a seriously blocked kitchen sink, that one workman threw his hands up and said he couldn't fix it, and yet Church came out and fixed it in 30 minutes at a very affordable cost. Again, I can't recommend them high enough.

I can't say enough about this company's professionalism and knowledgeable staff. I had a complicated pipe/stack repair. JD took the time to carefully plan the repair in a manner that minimized damage to drywall and surrounding structures. He was courteous, always on time, cared about my home by wearing shoe covers and placing drop cloths, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. I'm so grateful and have already referred others to Church. Thank you!

I had to get a furnace for my mom when hers went out 2/19 when the weather was below zero. I live in OK and remembered My great relationship with Church 25 years prior. Mike Church was very accommodating and got someone out for an estimate. Mom now has heat and is happy. Thank you Church Team for a job well done.

On a Saturday morning we had a water shut off valve break away from the wall and started spraying water everywhere. In a panic I called Church Plumbing and Heating, Kristi came out and quickly put together our quote and got right to work. The work was done to perfection.

We used Church to replace the water meter and main shutoff valves for our house in Dec, 2019. Came home from a trip this week to find that their repair had failed, and that our basement was absolutely soaked from where one of the new valves they installed was leaking. It is going to require a complete gut-job, and we will lose of all of our carpet and furniture down there to moisture and mold. When I called about getting somebody out to stop the leak they said it would be two days at the earliest, and that they would not waive either the assessment or repair fees because the repair was no longer under their one-year warranty. Thankful that we have insurance to help with clean-up and replacing the carpet and furniture, but we are just really, really disappointed with Church for the quality of that initial repair and for their response when it failed. Would recommend looking somewhere else for your plumbing needs.

Chris replaced our sink and faucet in the kitchen. He had to work in a tiny space and made everything fit even though it didn’t originally. He took so much time and care with our space and now we have a beautiful new sink thanks to him. I cannot thank him enough for his patience with the work and his professionalism throughout the process. He is amazing!

Christie was great! She had our humidifier fixed within minutes.

Technician showed up promptly and was very quick in diagnosing and repairing issue. Also offered friendly advice on maintenance and upkeep to ensure repairs last.

My sump pump went out so I called the experts and although I had used Church in the past and was very pleased, after having my sump pump replaced with about a 200.00 pump at most retail stores and about 45 min or less labor , I’m a proud owner of a 789.00 new sump pump install by Church plumbing. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in all my life. Thanks Church! I’ll be sure to call you back when needed.I changed to a 5 star to see if it would post as it never posted as a 1 star!
