We had a drain back up only a few days after moving into our new home. Church was able to come out that same day and evaluate the problem. They performed a thorough cleanout of our main sewer line and tested to make sure things were working properly. They also gave recommendations on preventive maintenance treatments going forward.

The office responded the very next day and I had an appointment within 1 hour. The tech was on time, friendly and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. When he arrived he wore a mask, shoe covers and he did a great job.

Service Tech Adam was very professional, friendly and polite. He was able to diagnose and repair the issues our furnace was having. Adam was very attentive and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Church's Plumbing and Heating.

Our serviceman was excellent! Was very courteous and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about our plumbing issue and went over all of our options as far as plan and cost. I would highly recommend Church Plumbing and Heating to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

We had Church install a new soft water system for us. J.D. was our technician. Front-to-back, it was a great experience. All facets of the installation process were explained, at the quoted price, and done to,our satisfaction.

The service person was very good. I was shown everything that was done. The bad parts were explained to me. And I learned a bit about how I can maintain my system.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Church employee. I believe his name is Nate, and he took the time to explain what had happened to the water heater, and was very easy to talk to. I am new to Church , but when it warms up, I am going to call them and have the Air Conditioner inspected by them also. Very good experience..

The crew that installed the water heater was really professional and efficient. JD came out later and he was awesome 👌unplug the water lines and save us some extra work and money. We will differently be using you again.

Had a technician come out due to low voltage fuse blowing several times after a power outage. Tech claimed the whole house humidifier was wired incorrectly and we were charged $300.00 for the repair. I get home after work and the house is 75 degrees inside with the furnace constantly running.

So, the first technician did not check that the furnace cycled properly before he left and "fixed" something that had been functioning correctly for the past year since the furnace was installed.

Called again and was told I could "turn the breaker off and on" as heat was needed and that they couldn't come back out until the next day.

Finally got them to send out the on-call tech and after checking a few things he found that the thermostat needed to be replaced, probably due to the power outage. The technician was great and called to see what was owed for the return trip.

I figured they would at least waive the $199 fee for having to have the second tech come out. Nope.

So, I ended up paying a little over $600.00 to have my $80.00 thermostat replaced.

Lesson learned, I will not be calling Church for service ever again.
