Derek was very knowledgeable about my Geothermal unit and diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part and had it replaced within 24 hours. Awesome Service!

My AC went down the night before. Calle Advantage at 7:30am the next morning and left a message. I got a call back at 8am. They said the only time they had available was immediately! The technician was here at 8:30 and fixed me right up. Hunter was very professional and informative and also showed me how to conduct preventative maintenance on it in the meantime. A++ I will never call any one else!

I called for a diagnostic inspection. Derick responded and came out to do the inspection. He was a complete professional from start to finish. He went over my options and issues that may arise. He used his technical knowledge to find me a cheaper alternative than purchasing a new system. He was on time, professional, and knew his stuff. I had called into this company and spoke with a very nice, helpful man. He sent two workers to my home within a few minutes of the call, which I greatly appreciated. When our AC went out and 90s expected, Advantage was prompt at getting a new AC and furnace installed in a difficult attic space. David and Marcus were courteous, timely, and diligent in getting the job done. Everything was done thoroughly and explained very well. We have used Advantage for years for service.
