I made a call first thing in the morning about my AC issue. Eric was super nice & was able to fit me in the same day for service. Mark was quick to respond to the issue & within minutes was able to locate the problem and had it fixed in no time. These guys are great! They take great pride in their work each & every call! Highly recommend!!
Thank you to the fireplace team at Advantage Heating and Air for your awesome service. We had a new direct vent fireplace installed, and the Advantage team was so good to work with. We had a separate contractor doing some repair work on our chimney, and the Advantage team worked very nicely with all parties to ensure that they were always ready when I would contact them to proceed to their next step. They really helped the project go smoothly, finishing with a very successful and wonderful conclusion. Justin, Jason, Mark and the rest of the team are very much appreciated for the wonderful work that they did. We are very happy with our new fireplace and we will certainly use their services going forward.
They came out to check on my broken furnace. The technician did nothing at all. I got a service charge with no follow up or even ideas on how to resolve the problem from the company. I was out of heat for another week before I hired a competitor who came out and replaced my coil in the same day. I would not recommend this company.
Interesting response. I never mentioned anything about my home warranty. Also, you seem to be attacking the customer with personal 'substance references'. Bottom line: I paid a service call and Derrick didn't do anything! I even called your service manager and he was incredibly rude and bothered that he had to help with my home warranty. On top of that, the sales guy who was suppose to quote me a new system never called me back until I left multiple messages after several days. Your company gave me poor service. Period. And, yes, I would love to verbally explain it to the owner. I will be sure to call.
Advantage has been so good to us throughout the years. They are all wonderful, good, honest people. I will not use anyone else. I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. They are extremely reputable and always friendly. They make you feel like your problems are priority. They try to figure out a solution to whatever problem might arise. A truly awesome company!
I just wanted to give kudos out to your service tech, Derick. He has been to my home twice to work on my a/c unit, and both times he did a great job. He’s very polite and knowledgeable, and he explains what he did in a way I can understand. Although there are service companies a little closer to my home, I will always call (and recommend my friends call) Advantage. Your service just can’t be beat. Thanks Derick!!
