We've used Advantage three years now and have always been pleased with their service. Today Josh Sandefur was professional and thorough. I appreciate how explained that all measurements of pressures and other various readings were well within tolerance. He also advised how to look after the outdoor unit (cleaning grass clippings, etc.) Until the fall inspection.

Our technician Derick was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC repaired in less than 30 minutes. He even had the part we needed to replace the faulty component on hand. Derick was also very polite and friendly.

He was professional, easy to work with, and prompt! He had everything he needed on hand, so there wasnt a waiting game or making additional appointments! He gave us multiple options for fixing the issue so we could pick what was best for us at the time. We appreciated how quick it all happened! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend them for reasonable trustworthy service. Have used them for 3+ years now for both preventative maintenance and problem troubleshooting and always left feeling good about the work done. Derrick has been a frequent tech and I can't recommend him enough, but have also had several others and they've all been fantastic.

I contacted Advantage to inspect our AC cooling system. They came out and checked the system and the ducts and made simple recommendations to improve the cooling upstairs in our home. Not pushy or salesy but offered solutions. I’d recommend them.

Our Air conditioner stopped working and it was 80 degrees inside. So grateful they were able to come on Sunday. Previously I used a different local company and was told there were only 2 people working and 30 people were ahead of me and they might get to me Wednesday.
